Henry has a new play area in the living room --a space created by the disappearance of a sofa! We can all play together with the growing number of toys including the "Hide Inside Surprise Box" and Henry's stuffed animal "guys."

Introducing the Big Boy Stroller Seat

The bassinet attachment for the stroller is officially retired. Today Henry reveled in the "big boyness" of it all, sitting upright in his new seat!

"I Did It, But Where Am I?"

Today was the day that Henry rolled over (back to front) all by himself. His picture doesn't really show how surprised he was or his look of "where am I?!" However, he seem to be VERY happy with his new game!

The Great Outdoors!

Out on Shelter Island this weekend, Henry got a tour of the yard and and an up close and personal visit with the beautiful trees. He seems to like the new outward facing position in the BabyBjorn carrier!

Henry does a lot more smiling and laughing these days --including some of the sweetest smiles directed at Hannah. (In this picture there was no smile from Henry as a lamp had clearly snagged his attention).

Grammy and Papa Come to Visit!

Henry's grandparents (from Michigan) came to NYC for a wonderful visit. Hannah took Grammy and Papa to see "Wicked", we also enjoyed "South Pacific" at Lincoln Center, but the greatest "shows" were Henry on his activity mat and Hannah's MacBook Photobooth creativity!!!

What an amazing day! Hannah, Henry, and a wonderful visit from Henry's friend Xing. (Yes, Xing's awesome parents came, too!) Hannah and Henry were VERY generous with gifts for Dad and the extra events of the day kept us busy: A visit to the Tony Awards red carpet with Hannah, U.S. Open coverage, and the NBA finals. Happy Fathers' Day!

AOL, Warner Music, TMZ, and Henry?

This morning we looked at the list of occupants at 75 Rock where Henry goes to his "school", Bright Horizons. The other tenants are Time Warner media companies including the gossiping folks at TMZ.com! Very funny.

His classmates are all really cute and spirited --his teachers are great.

Another Sunny Day, Another Hat, Another Visit to the Doctor!

Whoa, Nelly! Another hot, hot day. Henry wore his hat to today's doctor visit. Very functional. Very fashionable.

Henry now weighs in at 14 lbs. 4 oz. and he is 24 1/2 inches tall!

12 Weeks Old!

Henry is 12 weeks old today. We are celebrating on Shelter Island. Henry started his day VERY early with some activity mat wriggling and shark fishing...

Quite often we sing to Henry --some ridiculously original, made up on the fly songs and sometimes pop hits of the past with new lyrics. One of our favorites is an oldie from The Association called "Windy". So you can all sing with us the new lyrics are:
